Gratitude is the antidote to emotional pain.
And the antidote to fear.
And it is absolutely the magic for a happy relationship.
If you’re in pain because someone hurt you, being grateful for things you love about them, for nice things they’ve done, actually makes you feel loved in that moment, reduces your pain, so it’s easier to forgive, and be happy.
If you’re full of fear, feeling gratitude for the nice things or people in the situation, brings you a bit of peace in that moment, which reduces the anxiety, and allows you more clarity and power to overcome.
In a relationship, at the beginning nearly every word, every moment of soul connection, every touch, automatically subconsciously says “Thank you!”
The magic formula for staying in love, is to always consciously express gratitude in every way.
