One of the things I have #learned in my #work is that it takes about 10 times more #energy to #suppress your #emotional #hurt, than it does to #express it, to #cry.
All of us have only so much energy to use every #day.
If we are spending a tremendous amount of energy #suppressing our #pain, we do not have much energy left to give to our #relationship, to our #career, to #living our #lives to the #fullest, or even to having #happy #moments.
Let yourself cry!
Of course, don’t dwell on your pain or on crying. Allow yourself to #release – get it out!
Then, use your energy for #loving, for having #fun, for being happy!
Usually when you #hold emotional energy #inside, you’re also #holding all energy inside, which includes #food energy, so when we suppress emotional pain, we also #gain #weight.
Let yourself cry! You will be so much #happier!!
