Mad At Yourself?!

I have heard it often – I’m so #mad at #myself!
How is that going to #help you?!

When someone is mad at you, does it make you feel #good? Make you feel #supported and #strong? Probably it makes you feel #horrible, #weak, #rejected, #unloved.

It absolutely will NOT help you, to make yourself feel horrible, weak, rejected, and unloved!!!

Instead, be #happy that because you had this #experience, now you know better which #choices will make you #happy!!

It’s one of the #principles of #NLP, that there are no #mistakes.

Every #decision we ever made, we chose to experience, and if we hadn’t made that #choice, we wouldn’t have the #wisdom to #know that it wasn’t a good one!

So don’t be mad at yourself!!

Rather, #praise #yourself, be #proud of yourself, and even #grateful, that you had the #courage to #choose that experience, and now you know, and you are #wiser and #stronger!!
